It is also known as ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. Basically it involves people dumping a bucket of ice or freezing cold water on their head or someone's head to raise charity for ALS Association. Right after he/she done that, he/she has the right to challenge 3 people. The trend has started in US where people wanted to raise awareness to Amyothropic lateral Slerosis (ALS)- also referred as motor neurone diseases.
