Teheran Conference
Code named Eureka, the Teheran Conference is a summit between the U.S., Britain, and the USSR held between November 8 and December 1, 1943. The central aim of the Tehran conference was to plan the final attack against Nazi Germany simultaneously using two fronts. Roosevelt, Churchill, and Stalin met together for the first time and agreed that the Western Allies would invade France in June 1944 and that when it began the USSR would launch a new offensive from the east.
