Kuhanje hrane u vodi. Savršena metoda pripreme morske hrane jer dodaje vlagu a ne nadvladava okus ribe. Za brz i jednostavno kuhan riblji obrok, koristite povrtni ili pileći temeljac u tavi dovoljno velikoj da svaki komad ribe ravno leži. Ulijte dovoljno tekućine da pokrije ribu i stavite da se lagano kuha (165 - 180 stupnjeva). Za komad ribljeg mesa debljine 1 inča (oko 2,5 cm) treba 15 - 20 minuta.
