Hurricane Earl is the second major hurricane of the 2010 Atlantic season. It's expected to sideswipe much of the East Coast just ahead of the U.S. labour Day. The hurricane could force major evacuations ahead of the holiday weekend, worrying vacationers who have planned to spend the traditional last week of summer at the beach.
