aditivos

Any normal or synthetic material, other than the essential raw ingredients, used in the manufacture of a food item to enhance the final product. In other term any matter that may affect the characteristics of any food, including those used in the production, processing, treatment, packaging, transportation or even storage of food and used for making ice creams.
